Returns

Buds In Bloom guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every order. Each arrangement delivered is created by a professional florist.

Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.

Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery and the item must be returned to the store or available to be collected by our courier. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must have been reasonably cared for – watered and kept at a suitable temperature.

As flowers are seasonal, we reserve the right to substitute one flower variety or plant, or indeed packaging and sundry items, for another. We guarantee that any substitution will be of superb quality to ensure customer satisfaction. However, If you have received an incorrect or faulty item we will gladly replace the item at our expense.

If an error has been made by Buds In Bloom with regards to delivery your order we will gladly pay to replace and redeliver your order if required. However you are responsible for providing us with the correct delivery information, as we don’t take responsibility for orders delivered when the delivery address supplied was incorrect.

Buds in Bloom does not accept returns or give refunds for errors made by you when ordering or for change of mind. Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made the day before the delivery date.

If these conditions aren’t met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
